Psycho Sports, led by Dan Decker, provides individualized and organizational mental performance coaching for varsity level, collegiate, and professional athletes.
Our work begins on the floor—not in theory—by evaluating athletes in their real performance environments to develop a deep and accurate understanding of who they are and what they need.
We help athletes elevate performance by strengthening mental health, self-awareness, and confidence—connecting identity and purpose to consistent execution under pressure.
Our holistic approach integrates sleep, nutrition, and physical wellbeing with mental skills training to support peak performance, career longevity, and fulfillment during and beyond the game.
A primary service is one-on-one mental performance coaching for athletes and coaches. Individual Sessions are designed to enhance consistency, confidence, focus, and resilience in competition. Sessions provide athletes with practical mindset strategies and mental tools that directly support performance in their specific sport.
We offer mental performance consulting for teams, programs, or athletic departments. This service focuses on team culture, communication, leadership, and collective performance through presentations, workshops, and interactive activities.
Group Sessions forcus on High School-aged athletes who are looking to get an edge on their competition by beginning the process of mastering the mental aspects of athletics. Athletes can join the group sessions on a month-to-month basis.
